THE WINNER IS…Lleia!
Thank you Lleia and Congratulations! Please email me at gcremaldi@hotmail.com so that I can get your signed cookbook out to you! Genevieve

I am feeling very bad about not having any new posts for the month of November. I have been working on a Sweet Potato Gnocchi in a Brown Butter Gorgonzola Sauce with Crispy Sage and Chestnuts post. I promise it will be up soon!
I am going to give away a signed copy of The Cremaldi Cookbook!
All you have to do is answer this question in the comment section by 7 pm EST Sunday December 6, 2009. A randomly drawn winner will be picked and announced right here on the blog by Monday December 7, 2009 3 pm EST!
Ok here is the question…

Time’s Up! A winner will be posted by tomorrow at 3 pm EST. Thank you for everyone who entered! I really enjoyed reading about your favorite holiday dishes. Genevieve

What is your favorite dish to serve during the holidays?

Good luck!
Thanks for being so patient! Genevieve

  1. “Revenge… a dish that is best served cold”. (And I know this is the winner but I already have the cookbook, which is great!) – Brett

  2. I often serve cinnamon sugar pecans as a appetizer. They're delicious, nutritious and easy to leave out for people to enjoy!

  5. My favorite dish to serve is my own recipe for Craisen Walnut Cornbread dressing. Every year my family begs me to make this dish. I love making it for them, it's a labor of love kinda thing.

  7. Whooh! it's December 5; one day left to enter. Last-minute-Sal says he likes spinach dip with a plate of veggies to dip. It may sound boring, but it is delicous and easy to make. The low fat version contains no-fat sour cream, water chestnuts and light mayo. You can get the recipe on the package of instant vegtable soup. This non-artery-clogging dip is something you can have with your favorte dipping veggies and not feel guilty about eating all you want.

  9. VERY FAVORITE; CHICKEN PARMIGIANA AT BUKA di BEPPO IN THOUSAND OAKS. GOODLUCK ALL AND A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR. DON

  10. Dyan/Don,

Don you must really love that Chicken Parmigiana; you posted it twice–and who could blame you. Is it that you need a cookbook, or is it a case of cullinary da javu? Oh well, I hope you win for the extra effort.

Dyan, your favorite is my idea of heaven. It doesn't get any better than that. In fact, I was going to list the same favorite until I sat down at the computer and thought of that healthy dip, but who likes healthy on the holidays.

    Bon Natale, all………..Salvatore
